June

June was a busy Month for my brother and sisters, which meant extra-busy for my parents! There were two grandchildren born and a two graduations and some canning. My brother and his wife had baby girl number 4 and my sister and her husband had a boy, baby number 3. My oldest nephew graduated from Middle School and starts High School in the Fall. My youngest sister graduated from High School and will be attending BYU-Idaho in January.

We went down to North Hollywood and spent a week with my parents and sister, for her graduation, and spent many long hours canning nectarine pie filling and jam. Matthew really got into the jam-making process. He spent 30 minutes hand cranking the food grinder! I can't believe how much energy that kid has! It was well worth the hard work, just to enjoy the goods!
